Does your quotation include for paint and what paint do you use?
Yes we do provide all paints and we use Dulux unless otherwise specified.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes we offer a 2 year guarantee underwritten by Dulux ICI.
How soon will you be able to start if I choose your company?
Usually within 5 days of acceptance of quotation.
Are you expensive?
We are certainly dearer than 1 man bands, but not as dear as you might expect.
Can you really provide a quote within 24 hours?
Yes our estimator will give you a handwritten quote on the day followed by a fully documented quotation from our office the following day.
Do you work out of hours?
We are happy to work out of hours, but this of course attracts an additional cost.
Can I get references or speak to previous customers?
Of course we have a large database of very happy customers.
Are your Tradesmen time served?
Yes we only employ time served trades people.
Do I need to move furniture prior to works commencing?
We will move furniture but we insist you sign a disclaimer in the event of any damage. We would also require items such as computers and stores to be disconnected by you.
Do you do small jobs?
We are happy to quote on any size job but we have a minimum daily rate of at least 1 days work.
How do we pay you?
An initial deposit with the balance paid subject to a satisfaction completion notice signed by you.
